Cancellations:
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, if the balance has been paid then return is considered sympathetically. Cancellation with in 4 weeks prior to travel date is subject to 100% cancellation fee.

Payment:
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. The supplier will collect an additional deposit of £250 after booking has been confirmed. Balance of payment required 28 days before hire commences. We accept credit cards and PayPal.
Please note: If you do not book in the local currency of the country where your rental takes place the payment due dates will change and your main vehicle rental charges will be payable in full upon confirmation of your booking. This is to lock in the currency rate of the day you booked on and avoid further currency fluctuations. Some charges like taxes, compulsory fees, extra items may still be payable upon pick up of your vehicle in their local currency.

(Please note, If you book in the local currency of the country where your rental takes place the standard payment terms described under the heading Payment Terms will apply.)

Alterations:
The booking fee is non returnable. We will alter bookings if that vehicle is available or substitute another if possible. In the event the booking change falls into another charge period we reserve the right to alter the price at our discretion.

At handover a full briefing will be given as well as an operational guide which will take approximately one hour.

EU travel extra is based upon the number of days within the EU Mainland and depends on which countries to visit and the Driver.

We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

Insurance and Bond:
Full insurance is given with the quoted rates. A security deposit is required of £1250 to cover any minor damage etc. This is returned loss any damage claim shortly after the hire is completed.

Delivery Charge
Our main depot is at Ash Lodge, Lincoln Road, Fulbeck, Grantham,Lincolnshire, NG32 3LF. Any pick up or drop off outside the main depot location will incur £0.70 per mile delivery cost to cover fuel and train fares. The delivery is free for hires over 14 days.
